Biography: Rob joined HT Global Circuits in 2015, and heads the Sales and Customer Service Department. He has several years of management and sales experience. His experience spans the PCB industry where he has coordinated global sales and marketing efforts, and managed sales networks. Rob has had several titles from General Manager to Account Manager, and bring his experience in establishing tier 1 customer bases in US and Europe, development of products and the release to market.

Biography: Candy Duff oversees the areas of Human Resources and Safety. This department is charged with labor relations, recruitment and retention of highly qualified individuals, as well as establishing and managing the safety measures of H&T Global Circuits/Elreha facility.
Ms. Duff brings more than 15 years of hands on experience in Human Resources focusing in operations, IT, call center, manufacturing, waste industry, union and nonunion, with comprehensive and strategic understanding of HRM, business and organizational change.
She joined H&T in the beginning of 2015, and prior to joining H&T Global Circuits/Elreha Ms. Duff worked for Republic Services and Ceridian Corporation with regional managerial assignments in Human Resources. Ms. Duff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and an MBA.

Biography: Bob Castro heads the Quality Department. He joined H&T Global Circuits/Elreha in late 2013 as the Director of Global Quality and comes to the company with 21 years of experience in the electronics industry, specifically vehicle instrumentation, telecommunications and power systems. He previously worked for Flextronics and Plexus, L3 Communications, AMETEK, Medallion Instrumentation and The Genie Company with managerial and executive assignments in quality and manufacturing operations.
Mr. Castro holds a BS in engineering.

Biography: Steve Garcia heads the Operations Team which includes Operations and
Maintenance. He joined the H&T Global Circuits/Elreha team in late 2013 as National Sales Director and comes to the company with 28 years’ experience in the PCB/PCBA Manufacturing in the capacity of Operations, Quality and Process Engineering. Additionally, he has held positions at Syncron LLC: Contract Manufacturer PCBA as Quality Manager and Supplier Quality, responsible for the implementation of ISO 13485. ACT-USA Int’l Corp: an offshore procurement group for PCBs, assemblies and transformers. In this capacity of Operations Manager and Quality Manager he managed the quality and technical personnel of five factories throughout Asia. Dynamic Details, Inc., Operations Manager. His duties included maintaining and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, allocating work flow and focusing on time-critical, technologically advanced electronics and manufacturing services.
